I love to run and do triathlons, I have run marathons and the biggest goal I achieved was an Ironman 70.3, I also have an Ironman husband, that's why I have studied and I understand how important nutrition is for an athlete.

I understand  how challenging it can be to eat well and stay fit while juggling the varying demands of life.  I am committed to bringing insight and understanding to those seeking a healthier lifestyle to support their busy life.

My recommendations are based on research and are simple to follow.

They’re based on your tastes and habits.

The individual goals are set together but most importantly we use common sense.

On a more technical note I also use premium hard- and software technology to analyze your body composition and Metabolism

What to expect in the initial appointment

  • Initial Talk, Caliper and tape Measurements

First we will talk about you, your lifestyle, habitual diet, tastes and a little medical history to know if there are any conditions that should be taken into account.

The initial measurements are made with tape measure (arm, waist, hip) and plymeter (bicipital, tricipital, subscapular and suprailiac skin fold) with which we will know the percentage and distribution of fat.

Using a Measurement Tape and Caliper to measure your body fat percentage is important, and especially useful for athletes or those engaging in a regular strength training program.

  • Bodycomposition Analyisis

Scale weight is a pretty useless number when you think about it. All it tells you is the force with which gravity pulls down on you. if you are in any way serious about managing your weight and improving your quality of life, you should know your body composition.  Without knowing what you’re actually made of, you can only guess at how much muscle and fat you actually have.

  • Customized Plan

I know that each person has their own nutritional and taste needs. I look at your age, health, activity level, metabolic rate and personal preferences to determine your dietary needs. No two bodies, minds or souls are alike; therefore each diet and lifestyle plan I create is customized to suit you. So keep in mind that you will not leave the consultation with a predesigned plan, instead your personalized plan will be sent by email within 48 to 72 hours.

Follow up

Knowing  how you felt about the meal plan, how much attachment you had with it, and the reasons why you achieved your goals or not is very important so we can find a new approach to reach them if necessary.

  • Nutrition plan feedback

By knowing the possible weaknesses of the plan, find a way to change them and thus help you achieve your goals in a simplier way.

  • Go over your progress

  • Compare the results of the initial session with the current ones (Caliper and Circunferences Measurements, Bioimpedance) analyze the results based on your goals, to know much we are getting closer, and how likely are we to achieve the long-term goal.

  • Adjustment according to your results

Adjustment of your plan according to the findings of the talk and the results obtained.
